Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Windsor fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original ship date. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags and hygiene liners are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund status.
